              Yes, but must be approved by owner in advance.  There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay. 

              Check in after 5pm. Check-out before 11am.   Arrangements can be made for possible earlier check-in or check-out based on timing and availability

              100% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. 50% refund is cancelled between 14 and 29 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled within 14 days before check-in date. Security / booking deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded between any period of cancellation.


              YES! We have two chained off & private boat trailer parking areas for our guests only.  The parking is located up by the main road next to our driveway.   There is certainly enough room to park trailers next to the house within our gated area but these dedicated spots don't require that you need to back down and up our long driveway.
